I am a home remodeling contractor and I have to say, hiring contractors these days can be extremely tough from any field and I’ve dealt with pretty much every one. Cody has been my go to guy for excavation and septics for several reasons. He is reasonable, fast, reliable, knowledgeable, and more importantly dependable! The man has saved me more times than I can count and I definitely consider him a great friend to have, not just in this business, but in general. He is as solid as they come and I’ve recommended him many times already and will continue to. I stake my own reputation on his name without hesitation! I even called him when my own septic has issues. He is very skilled with a machine and I trust his judgment 100%… And I don’t get to say that about many contractors in any field these days. Absolutely 5 stars!

We called soo many companies to replace our septic tank and most places didn’t want the work or charged an arm and a leg …. But Cody came out right away and gave us an affordable price … he explained everything he was going to do and how long it would take!!! Let me tell you … you wouldn’t make a mistake hiring him for the work … I would recommend him to anyone who needed septic work done

Cody was exceptional and professional! He made time for us when we couldn't find anyone else to help us finalize a property purchase. Cody came and inspected a septic system and performed some maintenance on the system and had us all sealed up in two days so we were able to move forward with a home purchase. I highly recommend him. very knowledgeable and efficient.

For 5 years every winter we had difficulty with water freezing down our sidewalk and even two houses down. During the summer and fall of 2024, Cody and his team came out to add drainage to our property. They added a drainage pipe along the side of our house and on either side of our driveway. They were very professional and were clear about the cost for the work. Cody kept us informed through every step of the process and always responded to our questions. In one area, they were going to need to put a pipe where our walkway was. At first we thought we were going to have to dig up the walkway, but the team figured out how to dig under to place the pipe and kept the walkway in tact. This winter was a test for the system and this was the first time in 6 years that we DIDN’T have ice build up down our sidewalk. Cody and his team took care of the problem and made our property so much safer. We are so happy with the results and very thankful for Cody’s Excavation and Septic.

Cody redid my stone driveway for me and it came out beautifully! He is a true natural on an excavator, it's really impressive the way he works. When he initially came to check out the driveway he answered a ton of questions for me, very professional and informative. I will only be using Cody's Excavation and Septic for these types of projects going forward!
